You can configure your Windows Mobile phone with Vbuzzer VoIP service to save money on domestic and international long distance calls.
To do this you will need a cell phone with Window mobile phone 6.0 or later and With WIFI support. If your cell phone runs Window Mobile 5, you can visit this website to upgrade it to Windows Mobile 6.

Then follow this configuration guide, you shall be able to make VoIP calls on your smart phone.
1. Check and make sure that your mobile phone runs Window Mobile 6.0
2. Configure WIFI on your mobile phone, make sure it can access Internet through your wireless router.
3. Download the following VOIP software support packages to your computer:

4. For Windows XP users, Make sure you have installed the “Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5.0″ on your computer. Below is the download URL:

For Vista users, just use “Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1″

5. Connect your cell phone to your computer with a USB sync cable
6. Explore your mobile device, copy & paste WM6VoIP.CAB, SipConfigTool_2_0_1.CAB to your device. For example copy the file to the directory ‘My Document’ of your mobile phone.
7. Go to your mobile phone, Start->Programs->File Explore->My Document
Click the WM6Voip.CAB file to install VOIP support API.
Click the SipConfigTool_2_0_1.CAB file to install VOIP configuration tool.
8. Configure SIP client on your mobile phone:
Start->Programs->Sip Conf Tool
Enter your Sip server name or IP address and Port, for example: vbuzzer.com port 80
Enter your Vbuzzer ID and password, and save.
Click ‘Tools’ ->’Sip Over 3g/GSM’->’Enable Via Reg’-> ‘SIP over 3G/Gsm:On’->’OK’
9. Set voip as your calling priority
Start->Setting->Personal->Phone->Internet->Whenever available->OK
After all this done, reboot your mobile phone.
When your mobile boots up, and the WIFI connects to the internet, there shows phone logo and ‘vbuzzer:Searching’, this means your mobile phone connects to Vbuzzer voip service successfully.
Now you can make voip calls.
10. Make a test call.
